We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate this site:
- Email address - when you voluntarily submit it via the founding collector waitlist form.
- Submission timestamp - automatically recorded by our form processor when you submit the form.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics.
Your email address is collected solely for the following purposes:
- To notify you of early access to the VILDRA 2026 collection.
- To communicate commission opportunities and pre-order openings.
- To send infrequent, collector-specific communications directly related to VILDRA products.
The legal basis for processing your email address is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you voluntarily submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
We will never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than those stated above.
Waitlist form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. (formspree.io), a form processing service. Formspree stores submission data on servers within the European Economic Area and is GDPR-compliant. You can review their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We retain your email address on the waitlist until either: (a) you request deletion, (b) the 2026 collection launches and the waitlist is closed, or (c) 24 months have passed without a collection launch, whichever comes first.
This website is hosted in Finland. Server logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and then automatically deleted.
This site uses a single first-party cookie to remember your cookie consent preference. No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies are set.
- vildra_cookie_consent - stores your Accept or Decline choice. Expires after 12 months. No personal data is contained within this cookie.
